Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Coordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment purchased, and statistical accumulation. Responsibilities • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership., • May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals., • Provides and oversees patient care according to planned interventions with regard to their age and developmental needs to attain the patient's optimal level of wellness and documents according to policy., • Creates and ensures implementation of a collaborative plan of care based on assessment, diagnosis and medical treatment., • May support the review of staff hours worked vs scheduled hours and determine appropriate disposition if variation exists. Perform and approve daily payroll updates. Reconcile time cards, bonus tracking and coding approval. Prepare, coordinate and execute all staff communications; prepare huddle agendas and lead meeting. Determine staffing needs; make nursing assignments as well as assign overtime. Recommend effective annual increases. Interview staff for open positions; evaluate and conduct performance reviews as assigned; draft and issue corrective actions/coaching; follow up regarding any disciplinary action to determine compliance. As a 3D Scanning Technician at Kinetic, youll be on the front lines of innovation, traveling to project sites to document existing conditions using advanced 3D scanning and photography equipment. Your work provides the foundation our design teams rely on to develop accurate as-built models and documentation. What Youll Do • Travel to project sites to perform 3D laser scans of buildings, interiors, and site conditions using company-provided equipment (e.g., NavVis), • Capture comprehensive site photography and detailed field notes documenting existing conditions, • Record and verify visible HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural framing systems, • Register, label, and upload scan data accurately for use by design teams, • Maintain scanning equipment and coordinate travel logistics with the internal travel coordinator, • Follow all safety protocols, site access requirements, and quality standards, • Support consistent data organization and digital handoff processes, • Communicate effectively with project managers and design teams about site conditions and project needs, • Adhere to Kinetics HR Handbook and operations policies Tools Youll Use 3D scanning equipment (NavVis, Leica, FARO, Matterport), DSLR cameras, iPads or tablets for field notes, Revit, AutoCAD, point cloud processing software What Youll Bring • Associates or Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying, Construction Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required), • 13 years of experience in field measurement, surveying, or 3D scanning preferred, • Willingness to travel frequently to project sites, • Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural framing), • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and floor plans, • Familiarity with scanning workflows, data management, and file transfer practices, • High attention to detail and spatial awareness, • Excellent communication and organization skills, • Preferred experience with point cloud capture equipment and software (NavVis, Leica, FARO, Matterport, Revit, AutoCAD), • Drone photography or photogrammetry experience is a plus Why Join the Krew: Our Vision: Kinetic Design + Development is pushing the limits of traditional architectural practice. Job Description Radiology Technologist - Nights with $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Southwest Missouri A respected healthcare system in Southwest Missouri is seeking a Radiology Technologist for a full-time night shift role. This position offers a stable weekend schedule, modern imaging equipment, and a supportive team environment. This role WILL train you into CT - perfect for techs ready to advance their skills and move into multi-modality imaging. Key Responsibilities • Perform high-quality X-ray exams for hospital and outpatient settings., • Prepare and position patients safely for all imaging procedures., • Adjust technical factors and ensure optimal image quality., • Assist Radiologists with contrast procedures and clinical needs., • Support smooth department workflow and patient care., • Cross-train into CT (training provided—no prior CT experience required). Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7 pm–7 am (night differential + weekend-option pay) Minimum Qualifications • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology; ARRT certification required, • CT experience a plus, but not required—CT training WILL be provided, • Strong communication skills and ability to lift 20–50 lbs.
