You will be responsible for maintaining Virgin Hotel’s highest standards of cleanliness for the public areas, stairwells and elevators. You will also be required to communicate, coordinate and work well with other teammates, managers and guests. You must have attention to details and follow proper safety procedures. Even more so, we expect you to be aware of your surroundings and notice/anticipate guest needs in order to engage the guest to let them know that you are there to take care of them with your genuine and “go the extra mile” service. Holding the elevator door and opening doors for our guests goes a long way. Your teamwork and willingness to help others will be on display as you help your fellow teammates in ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel. The Nitty-Gritty: What exactly you will be doing… In helping you understand your role in working for a world class organization, the following is a list of your essential job responsibilities. Please keep in mind that this list is not all inclusive and that you may be asked to perform other job tasks by your supervisors/managers not listed below in the constant quest to provide “out of this world” customer service experience for our guests: • Maintains the standard of cleanliness for the public areas, stairwells, and elevators., • Handle guest’s requests as assigned, • Delivers guest laundry as needed, • Report to designated shift in assigned attire, • Performs designated duties within time allotted, • Uses only the designated cleaning chemicals and tools, • Reports any guest or safety issues to a manager or supervisor, • Keep guest information confidential and secure, • Responsible for all keys assigned and complies with the key policy established by the company, • Complies with security policies of the hotel, • Restock supplies as needed, • Complete a manager’s request within reason (Think of RB here) What qualities are we looking for? If you are able to perform the following, then you have come to the right place… • Ability to scrub and scour different surfaces using the appropriate tools, • Willing to work as part of a team as needed, • Educated on using the proper cleaning chemicals to clean the hotel properly, • Conserve water and chemicals according to training standards, • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching and wiping, • Able to lift up to 25 pounds, • Able to push up to 100 pounds Background must-have: • Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States, • High school or equivalent education required., • Preferred: Additional foreign language

The Area Marketing Coordinator supports Makeready’s Shared Services Marketing team by ensuring seamless execution across day-to-day marketing initiatives for our hotels, restaurants, bars, and brand platforms. Highly organized and detail-driven, this role thrives in a fast-paced environment—keeping projects moving forward, assets up to date, and communication flowing smoothly between property teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. As a key contributor to Makeready’s storytelling efforts, the Area Marketing Coordinator helps ensure all marketing touchpoints are consistent, timely, and aligned with brand standards, while supporting both property-level needs and broader portfolio initiatives. Requested Tasks • Support the marketing team in managing project timelines, deliverables, and task lists across multiple hotels and restaurants., • Submit, track, and follow through on creative requests using the project management system, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion., • Coordinate with internal teams including Field Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media, Email/CRM, and PR to keep initiatives aligned and on schedule., • Prepare agendas, recap notes, and follow-ups for weekly hotel marketing calls and internal alignment meetings., • Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining brand asset libraries including photography, menus, activations, and campaign files., • Upload and update marketing assets across hotel and restaurant websites, OTAs, and other digital platform, • Support website updates including copy, imagery, menus, landing pages, promotions, and seasonal programming., • Assist with uploading photography and ensuring visuals across platforms reflect current brand standards., • Support social media initiatives by pulling content, drafting simple captions, and coordinating UGC and influencer assets with the Social Media team., • Assist with basic copy edits for menus, flyers, landing pages, and on-property collateral., • Support hotels with marketing needs for seasonal programming, packages, activations, pop-ups, and special events., • Coordinate event photography needs, track assets, and distribute finalized content to internal teams., • Help gather monthly marketing inputs from properties, including programming calendars, F&B specials, wins, and KPIs., • Prepare slide decks, recaps, and organized asset folders for leadership and stakeholder presentations., • Process invoices, track budgets, and help maintain the team’s shared drives and organizational tools., • Support brand launches, on-property activations, and internal culture initiatives with logistics, checklists, and communication.
