Job Description The Clinical Care Management Coordinator is responsible for directing the daily operations related to their respective clinical teams to ensure the standards of care and practices are being delivered in accordance with state regulation guidelines. The vision of Achieving Reunification Center (ARC) is that all families with children in out-of-home placement have resources and support provided to them to achieve timely reunification. POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Education Coach (FEC) is responsible for a wide range of financial education service activities, including day to day delivery direct services utilizing a parent centered coaching framework. As part of the coaching framework, the coach will use motivational interview skills and goal setting techniques. The Financial Education Coach will partner with community agencies and businesses to ensure that parents have access to an array of services, education, and opportunities in order to meet their financial goals. The FEC will develop, plan and implement workshops, events and one-on-one parent meetings around money management, budgeting, debt management and credit repair education and services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide direct and indirect PT services through individual PT sessions and consultation with the teacher, parent and other related service providers (IEP Team) including but not limited to utilization of gross motor equipment, delivering aquatic therapy, assisting students with active and passive exercises, gait and functional training, etc., • Evaluate and instruct teacher/parent in using exercises, positioning and adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs, braces, orthodics, etc. through a collaborative model of consultation, • Maintain specialized equipment and evaluates for proper fit, • Measure for and orders equipment for individual student use as changes in need are presented, • Provide treatment in ambulatory skills, proper posturing, use of adaptive equipment and adaptation to activities and physical environments, etc. to access the student’s educational program, • Participate in data review Pre-IEP and IEP meetings by identifying skill deficits, recommending assessment needs, consulting with, and assisting the IEP team, including teacher, clinicians, parents, school districts, in the development of the gross motor goals, • Conduct evaluations using formal and informal assessments and screenings utilizing the established Re-evaluation Report (RR) process to identify gross motor needs, • Provide materials, training and staff in-service regarding PT needs of the varied student population, • Complete all documentation and/or share recommendations related to IEP development, progress monitoring and data collection, Re-evaluation Reports (RR), Behavioral Support Plans (BSP), School-Wide Positive Behavioral Intervention Systems (SWPBIS), and Extended School Year (ESY) Program, as required by Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) regulations and sending-district’s policy and funding requirements, • Adhere to PDE established timelines relating to all required documentation, • Adhere to laws, policies, procedures, and ethical standards of the State Board of Physical Therapy, • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and crisis intervention using agency-trained protocols, • Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license, • Newly licensed graduates considered, • Ability to understand, interpret and implement physician-prescribed treatment, • Non-profit human service experience highly preferred, • Experience working with both verbal and nonverbal students (ages 3-21 years) in Autism Support, Emotional Support and Life Skills Support programs, • Knowledge of principles, techniques, methods and equipment used in direct and consultative PT services, • Demonstrate knowledge of current diagnostic and assessment tools available for use with students with PT needs., • Maintains professional competence through in-service education and other professional growth activities, • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple, often competing, priorities, • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, • Demonstrated strong time management and organizational skills, • Demonstrated excellent judgment with the ability to independently solve problems and make decisions with little or no need for direct supervision, • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future needed changes or identify problem areas and take effective actions, • Must be able to perform CPR using agency-trained protocols, • Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills, • Demonstrated intermediate, experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; report-writer experience preferred, • Experience using/knowledge of electronic student and/or health record preferred #ZR Company DescriptionFor more than 170 years, Elwyn has been leading the way in supporting children, teens, and adults with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and behavioral health challenges. Job Description Summary/Objective The Security/Fire Alarm Specialist is a key field technician with responsibilities that include install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and program various types of building security and alarm systems in order to continuously grow the revenues of the company while satisfying customers’ requirements, and staying compliant with required regulations and guidelines. Job Description Apprentice - Compliance Fuel Technician Performs several duties pertaining to fuel systems integrity testing. Primarily completes petroleum support work orders and jobs at retail, commercial and private fueling facilities. Shares results of testing and correction procedures with company partners and customers with speed and accuracy. Responsibilities: • To include but not limited to:, • Prepping the site for testing, • Setting up testing and safety equipment, • Removal of manhole lids for underground storage tank access, • Driving a DOT registered commercial motor vehicle, • Performs a variety of fuel containment tests, equipment integrity tests, and leak-detection tests to detect leaks or to prevent future leaks due to non-compliance or equipment failure. Travel is expected in this role. Compliance Technicians are expected to travel 2-3 weeks per month, home on the weekends. (Hotels and a generous per diem is provided). Hourly rate is $18.00, with an average of 12-15 hours of overtime per week paid at time and a half. Per Diem: $50.00 per day and it goes directly into weekly paycheck, not taxed.
