Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a key role in organizational effectiveness, executive decision support, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, sound judgement, and a high degree of emotional intelligence, along with the ability to manage highly confidential matters with discretion. This role requires initiative, influence, and the ability to operate independently with a high level of autonomy while supporting multiple senior leaders. The successful candidate is approachable and demonstrates strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to read the room, navigate complex dynamics, and effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization. The individual thrives in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism, composure, and accountability in all situations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary support partner to our Executive Team, • Manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, • Answer and direct calls on behalf of executives; manage communications and messaging, • Document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items; ensure follow-up and accountability, • Manage the company uniform program, including inventory tracking, ordering, vendor coordination, and distribution to ensure consistent employee readiness and operational efficiency, • Own and manage financial tracking and coordination in partnership with the CFO and leadership team, including budget oversight and support for event planning and preparation, • Represent the Executive Team in communications and interactions, leveraging deep business understanding to act on behalf of executive leadership and ensure continuity of business operation in their absence, • Coordinate and support company-wide programs, including philanthropic and community outreach initiatives QUALIFICATIONS • 5-7 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an executive, operational or project management capacity, • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and produce executive-level reporting, • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem solving, • Ability to influence, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS • Competitive Compensation, • Insurance (medical, dental, vision)-First of the month after 30 days of employment, • 401(k)/ 401(k) matching- 100% of first 1% contributed and 50% of the next 5% after 1 year of employment, • Profit sharing, • 10 Paid Holidays, • Vacation/ PTO, • Life Insurance Most people talk about culture, but we live and breathe it in all that we do.
