All new hires are compensated at a flat training rate of $11.00/hour (non-negotiable) during this period. Once the RBT certification is obtained, and client sessions begin, the pay rate will increase to the agreed upon rate within the employment offer letter. RBT with an expired certification or Behavior Technician with a Valid 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate of Completion If you are not currently certified but hold a valid 40-hour RBT training certificate of completion or are within the BACB renewal grace period, your training schedule will be as follows: • Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, • Week 3: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Candidate's Without a 40-Hour RBT Training Certificate of Completion If you do not hold a valid 40-hour RBT training certificate of completion or are outside the renewal grace period, you are required to complete the full Opal RBT training program.
