Job Description Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description The Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Shipping Specialist I) works as part of the shipping team to ensure the accurate and on-time loading of finished products and accessories. This entry-level role focuses on physically handling products, pallets, and related accessories, verifying load manifests, and staging orders to maintain high levels of order accuracy and safety. The position involves regular physical labor, including lifting, pulling, and pushing weights between 50 and 100 pounds, while following established warehouse safety protocols. Responsibilities • Physically load and unload Electronic Gaming Machines using shipping dollies and accessory parts, placing, pushing, lifting, carrying, and pulling items in an efficient and safe manner., • Operate a manual pallet jack to load completed orders and LTL orders, and shrink wrap pallets as required., • Move Electronic Gaming Machines off production carts and scan them into designated locations based on order numbers to ensure the end of the production line is covered., • Cover finished goods with dust bags and secure cardboard stabilizers with green bands to protect products during shipment., • Load Electronic Gaming Machines into trucks and containers according to serial numbers to maintain shipment accuracy., • Verify international orders and box Electronic Gaming Machines using proper banding tools and techniques., • Box Electronic Gaming Machines and band accessory orders as required to meet shipping standards. Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse environment with active shipping and production operations. You will stand and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods, regularly using your arms, hands, legs, and back for repetitive motions such as lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting. Work conditions include exposure to varying temperatures, which can range from very cool to very warm. Overtime may be required based on business needs, providing additional hours when demand is high. The role involves daily use of equipment such as shipping dollies, manual pallet jacks, hand tools, banding tools, shrink wrap, and wireless handheld scanners, along with computer-based shipping dashboards. Warehouse safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed, and you are required to wear steel-toe shoes and a safety vest at all times to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
