Job DescriptionSenior Legal Recruiter Full-Time | Law Firm | Hybrid $80,000 - $100,000 About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Legal Recruiter to join a leading law firm in Philadelphia. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top legal talent across the firm. The ideal candidate brings strong law firm recruiting experience, a passion for relationship-building, and the ability to drive a strategic hiring process from start to finish. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting • Manage end-to-end recruitment for attorney and professional staff roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations., • Partner with hiring managers and practice leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies., • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.Candidate Experience & Relationship Management, • Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process., • Build and maintain relationships with legal talent, law schools, professional associations, and external recruiting partners.Process & Strategy, • Provide data-driven insights on recruiting trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence., • Collaborate with HR leadership to align hiring strategies with firm-wide objectives.Onboarding & New Hire Integration, • Oversee and coordinate the onboarding process for attorney and professional staff hires., • Partner with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure a seamless new hire experience, including orientation, systems access, and office setup., • Ensure new hires understand firm culture, expectations, policies, and available resources from day one.Qualifications, • 5+ years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm or legal services environment., • Strong understanding of the legal market and law firm operations., • Proven track record of successfully managing high volume specialized legal searches., • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment., • Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools.Why Join This Firm?, • Highly respected, nationally recognized law firm., • Collaborative team culture with a strong investment in recruiting., • Opportunity to influence hiring strategy and shape growth., • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
