The Role We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Recruiter & HR Specialist to join our Dallas team and take ownership of our talent acquisition efforts. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position for a go-getter who thrives on execution and delivering measurable results. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting core HR functions, with a primary focus on identifying and closing exceptional talent in sales, client success, and senior leadership roles. We need someone who is independently strong, operationally excellent, and doesn't need hand-holding a performance-minded professional who brings energy and urgency to everything they do. You'll hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
