Job DescriptionDescriptionAs a Technical Recruiter at Turion Space, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier engineers and technical professionals. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your role will be critical in shaping our rapidly growing team as we continue to innovate in the aerospace sector. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates., • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent in aerospace, software, and related fields., • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and streamline hiring processes., • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs., • Utilize various recruitment tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent., • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume screening and preliminary interviews, to evaluate technical qualifications and cultural fit., • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process., • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment., • Represent Turion Space at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance employer branding and attract top talent., • 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within aerospace, engineering, or high-tech industries., • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI-driven recruitment platforms., • Familiarity with technical roles such as aerospace engineers, robotics engineers, software developers, and systems engineers., • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting., • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing hiring needs., • Experience with diversity recruiting strategies and employer branding initiatives is a plus., • Passion for aerospace, space technology, and innovation is highly desirable.
