Overview: Reporting to the Site Manager, the Operations Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a single depot and establishes and maintains performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. Students at the Pines receive psychiatric services in addition to the academic and life skills instruction in a safe, supportive environment with a 2:1 student-to-staff ratio. Essential Functions: The Morning Supervisor is a year-round, full-time position. In collaboration with other members of The Pines leadership team, the Supervisor provides front-line administrative support for daily operations, while providing direct supervision to a team of Youth Care Specialists (YCS) who work a specific shared shift schedule.
