The Medial Assistant is responsible for performing the highest quality of medical, clinical and clerical tasks in a medical setting. Schedule : Full time, Monday - Friday 9am-5:00 pm . Medical Assistant Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and for respective providers Assist physician in medical , cosmetic and laser procedures Prep rooms before and after patients, including checking all equipment at the beginning of each shift to ensure all is in proper working order Daily scan all retail and cosmetic products and medical supplies and alert Practice Manager of any low level supplies Qualifications Healthcare experience required Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling system Must be computer savvy Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent patient relations and customer services skills
