Job DescriptionDescription: Job Details: The Lead Maintenance is directly in charge of the preservation of the community, providing a clean and well-maintained home for our residents. The Lead Maintenance is responsible for performing repairs in resident apartments and assisting in preparing units for rent (make-ready).
