Guide them through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities with confidence and care Track Progress Report Outcomes • Closely observe patients during sessions, document key milestones or challenges, and share timely updates with the supervising PT to ensure optimal treatment adjustments Deliver Hands-On Treatment • Administer therapeutic interventions—such as guided stretching, manual techniques, and equipment-assisted therapy—under the direction of the PT, ensuring each session is safe and effective Educate Empower Patients • Clearly explain home exercises and treatment goals to patients and families, answering basic questions and encouraging active participation in their rehab process Keep the Clinic Safe and Organized • Maintain clean, organized therapy spaces and ensure equipment is functioning properly to create a safe, efficient environment for both patients and staff Collaborate as a Team • Work closely with physical therapists and support staff to deliver a seamless, positive treatment experience. Communication and teamwork are key Be a Patient Advocate • Uplift and motivate patients every step of the way.
