This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with hospital strategic goals, Magnet principles, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice standards. The Nurse Manager serves as a change agent and professional role model while fostering a culture of shared governance, accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
