Job Description Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical/DME Fulfillment & Scheduling Clerk to support our durable medical equipment (DME) operations. This role is responsible for accurately fulfilling medical supply and equipment orders, coordinating patient delivery and installation schedules, assisting with product ordering, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and prepare DME and medical supply orders for shipment or delivery, • Verify patient orders for accuracy, completeness, and condition, • Schedule patient equipment deliveries and installations with internal technicians, • Communicate appointment details clearly with patients and team members, • Order products and supplies from approved vendors based on inventory needs, • Track backorders and communicate delays to management, • Receive, inspect, and restock incoming inventory, • Maintain accurate inventory and order records in the company system, • Assist with routine inventory counts and organization, • Ensure fulfillment areas remain clean, organized, and compliant, • Follow HIPAA, company policies, and safety procedures, • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs regularly, • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs for extended periods, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, • Ability to perform occasional local driving, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Comfortable communicating with patients by phone, • Basic to intermediate PC proficiency, • Ability to navigate Windows-based systems, • Ability to use email, internet browsers, and standard office applications, • Ability to accurately enter and review data in inventory, ordering, and scheduling systems, • Competitive hourly pay, • Consistent schedule, • On-the-job training, • Supportive team environment, • Opportunity for growth within the company How to ApplyPlease submit your resume to . Job Description Warehouse Shipping Lead - Second Shift Summary: A key staff member that directly reports to and supports the Warehouse Supervisor. Leads by example and is responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive Warehouse Team along with validating every shipment. A strong emphasis should be placed on developing, coaching and mentoring the warehouse hourly team. The Shipping Lead will ensure that both internal and external customer needs are met. He/ She will work closely with all warehouse staff to ensure all product shipped is labeled correctly. The Shipping Lead also spends the appropriate amount of time on and in the dock/freezer area of warehousing enforcing GMP policies, FIFO, occupational safety and food safety /sanitation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 1. Personnel o Provide training for all shipping personnel including job procedures, paperwork, inventory, safety, and GMPs. Verify accuracy of all data entry and paperwork turned in by the warehouse team. o Provide input and feedback in reference to the employee schedule. o Organize people and equipment to maximize warehouse productivity. o Participate in annual employee evaluations. o Identify potential for growth and the need for training to improve performance. o Participate in disciplinary action proceedings where needed. o Ensure the proper training and safe utilization of all shipping personnel, equipment, including the forklift, electric and manual pallet jacks. o Assure (2) 10 min. breaks & (1) 30 min. lunch. 2. Finished Goods o Monitor physical inventory to ensure orders are being fulfilled. o Communicate order shortage to customer service. o Order material from supplies. o Utilize Batchmaster to record inventory movement. o Complete Safety chain for every load. o Check drivers in/ out of the dock doors o Complete BOL with drivers and provide shipping seals to shipping operators. 3. Facility o Maintain clean and organized storage areas. o Maintain proper sanitation of equipment and building. o Make sure all docks are swept and organized at the end of each shift. o Make sure all machines are put on charge. o Relive Desk Clerk for breaks and lunch. 4. Food Safety o Maintain stock rotation o Record lot numbers for traceability o Clean and inspect stock to prevent infestation o Ensure proper receiving guidelines are followed. o Monitor storage conditions for proper temperatures o Segregate allergens from non-allergens 5. This role works in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and supports Administrator Manager and President with vendor compliance and reconciliation requirements. Key Responsibilities Procure-to-Pay (End-to-End) • Manage the full P2P cycle from purchase request support through invoice approval, posting, and payment, • Enter purchase orders, receiving documentation, and approvals in accordance with internal policies and at direction of management, • Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving/confirmation), • Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors, operations, and construction project managersAccounts Payable Processing, • Scan invoices into 3rd party system for import into QBO.
