This role has full responsibility for operational execution, team leadership, and driving results across multiple functional areas. The General Manager serves as a hands-on leader, ensuring operational discipline, revenue performance, and cross-team alignment while continuously improving systems, processes, and profitability. Core Responsibilities Business & Operations Leadership • Direct day-to-day operations across logistics, warehouse, local service execution, and commercial functions., • Establish clear performance expectations, accountability standards, and operating procedures., • Monitor business performance using operational and financial metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities., • Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability., • Provide regular performance reporting and operational insights to senior leadership.
