Requirements Proven experience in operations management within a retail or grocery environment, preferably in a produce department. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes, shipping/receiving procedures, and materials management practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and training. Proficient in using warehouse equipment Ability to work flexible hours Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
