Job Description The Human Resources Administrator provides comprehensive HR support across all areas of the department. This role administers HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate HR documentation, supporting key HR functions, and assisting employees and leadership with HR-related inquiries. Reports To: HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities: • Administer and support HR policies, procedures, and departmental programs., • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements., • Organize, update, and maintain files and HR documents; perform accurate data entry into the HRIS., • Assist with employment processes, records, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits administration, payroll support, organizational development, and training., • Facilitate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews and assessments, and processing background checks and drug screenings., • Conduct new hire processes, including preparing offer letters, presenting company policies and benefits, and processing onboarding paperwork., • Administer Workers’ Compensation claims and coordinate related follow-up activities in partnership with Risk Management., • Plan HR events and projects, including meetings, trainings, and development programs; maintain related records., • Manage the exit interview process and maintain the exit interview database., • Manage unemployment claims by providing documentation and responding to vendor requests., • Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles, • Respond to employee and leadership inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and timekeeping Attend job fairs
