The RN will provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to surgical patients in a fast-paced, outpatient surgical environment. This is a 13-week contract assignment with an 8-hour day shift schedule. Rates • W2: $19, • Stipend: $1545, • Weekly Gross: $2305 Schedule • Shift: 8-hour days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), • Days: Monday–Friday, • No weekends, holidays, or call (except winter holiday requirements listed below), • Weeks: 13, • Start Date: 01/19/2026, • End Date: 04/18/2026 Contract Details • Schedule Type: Deferred, • Contract Type (Nursing):, • Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier), • Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier), • Guaranteed Hours: Not specified, • Pricing Negotiations: Permitted, • Local Candidate Restriction: No local candidates within 50 miles Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive post-anesthesia nursing care to patients recovering from surgical procedures., • Monitor and assess patient status, including vital signs, pain levels, airway stability, and recovery progression., • Administer medications and interventions per anesthesia and surgical team protocols., • Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and regulatory standards., • Communicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff., • Ensure safe patient transitions from OR to PACU and from PACU to Phase II or discharge., • Support patient education regarding post-operative expectations and discharge instructions.
