Requirements: • Provide strengths-based outpatient therapy to adult clients using individual, group, and family modalities across the continuum of care., • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning using evidence-informed, culturally relevant practices., • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with THS protocols and funder standards., • Monitor caseload and maintain compliance with agency productivity expectations while ensuring quality of care., • Maintain compliance with agency productivity expectations by delivering at least 95 direct, billable service hours per month., • Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and interdisciplinary treatment planning to support integrated, coordinated care., • Consult and collaborate with THS team members across medical, SUD, and psychiatric departments., • Actively participate in agency-sponsored training and continuing education to strengthen skills in trauma-informed care, cultural responsiveness, and emerging treatment models., • Represent THS in community meetings, referral collaborations, and client advocacy efforts., • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field., • Active Washington State Department of Health credential allowing independent clinical practice (e.g., LICSW, LMHC,)., • At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults, families, or communities affected by mental health disorders, trauma, or substance use., • Ability to work in a metrics- and performance-based clinical setting, with demonstrated success in meeting productivity goals: must meet monthly productivity goals of at least 95 billable service hours., • Demonstrated experience with client engagement, clinical documentation, and treatment planning., • Ability to maintain a culturally inclusive and client-centered approach, especially when working with diverse and underserved communities., • Proficient in Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and general computer skills., • Willingness and ability to travel within THS service areas as needed.
