Role Overview As a General Manager, youll oversee the full scope of studio operations from business performance to team leadership. Youll be accountable for hitting KPIs, driving membership growth, and cultivating a culture of excellence that inspires both staff and clients. This role is a balance of strategic planning, hands-on leadership, and authentic relationship building.
