Strong knowledge of NYC housing regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen and experience working with budgets and reporting.
