The Accounting/Treasury Manager is primarily responsible for cash flow planning, analysis, and reporting with enhanced focus on daily cash movement operations. The Accounting/Treasury Manager maintains retail banking relations for ADAPT Community Network and manages all cash positioning activities. The position requires proactive management of liquidity to ensure operational needs are met while optimizing interest income. The Accounting/Treasury Manager must exercise independent judgment within established policies and objectives that influence treasury operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Accounting/Treasury Manager will manage two staff accountants, and the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: TREASURY FUNCTIONS • Monitors and reviews all cash and investment account transactions daily to ensure appropriate balances are maintained for ongoing operations., • Executes daily cash positioning and movement between accounts to optimize cash utilization and minimize fees while ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations., • Forecasts short-term and long-term cash requirements and develops strategies to meet those needs., • Manages lines of credit, including initiating drawdowns or repayments with approval of the authorized signers., • Monitors compliance with the terms of lines of credit, especially compliance with periodic payoff requirements., • Works with authorized bank signatories to maintain proper banking access and authority levels following internal control requirements., • Assists with online banking access management under the guidance of authorized signatories., • Maintains authorized signatory documentation for all cash and investment accounts in accordance with Board approval and bank policy., • Coordinates the timely and accurate monthly ACH payments required., • Manages electronic banking relationships and systems, including ACH origination, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture., • Reviews Bank Reconciliations. Position Description: ACT is seeking applications and nominations for the position of Director of Immigration Legal Services. ACT’s legal department plays a critical role fighting for justice and dignity for low-income African immigrants, a role that is only growing with changes in federal immigration policy. ACT seeks an experienced Director of Immigration Legal Services who will lead ACT’s immigration legal service provision and our team of immigration legal service professionals. This position is hybrid, and will not be approved to operate on a fully remote basis. About the Role Charlie Health is a pioneer in its approach to mental health treatment. Every client at Charlie Health receives 9 hours of psychoeducation groups. 3 of these 9 hours are considered integrative hours, which pull from contemplative, creative arts and experiential modalities. Integrative Group Facilitators at Charlie Health support our clients through the use of various expressive tools, creative arts, and contemplative practices and believe that healing occurs in the experience itself. Through immersive experiences, we are able to connect with hard to reach feelings and learn healthy coping skills in order to have new and more adequate responses to challenging situations. We request that our facilitators are able to dedicate at minimum 9 permanent group hours per week across 3 days to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with our clients. Job Description Therapist - Counseling Center - 60% Full-Time Summary: The Trauma Therapist position is 60% of a full-time position (21 hours per week) and is a hybrid position with 11 hours onsite and 10 hours remote. Onsite hours include 4 hours every Saturday and one shift from 12:00 to 8:00 during the week. This is an excellent position for clinicians in need of licensing hours and who wish to become experts in several evidence-based treatments for survivors of all ages of interpersonal violence. The Safe Horizon Counseling Center (SHCC) is a New York State-licensed outpatient mental health clinic that specializes, exclusively, in the trauma-focused treatment of child and adult survivors of interpersonal violence and other forms of abuse. SHCC also functions as the mental health “hub” of Safe Horizon, the largest crime victim’s assistance agency in the country. Our main clinic is located at 41 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, and we operate two satellites that are co-located at other Safe Horizon programs. Nearly half of SHCC’s clients are referred by one of Safe Horizon’s vast arrays of programs. The Trauma Therapist will receive paid training and supervision in a variety of evidence-based treatments for trauma survivors, and the client hours meet New York State’s experience requirements for LCSW licensure. Responsibilities: • Learn and integrate a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, using an anti-oppressive lens, into your work with clients., • Demonstrates exceptional engagement skills and clinical expertise in the provision of trauma-focused mental health treatment to SHCC clients (at least 60% engagement rate after 6 months);, • Provides time-limited, evidence-based trauma-focused individual treatment to clients of all ages;, • Develops and maintains expertise in the clinic’s chosen methods of treatment including TF-CBT and Seeking Safety, as well as CPP, ARC, SPARCS, and CFTSI, as assigned;, • Monitors treatment fidelity following training in evidence-based treatments;, • Responds to the occasional client crisis, as necessary, with the support of the Clinical Director and/or Clinical Supervisor;, • Requests and participates in case conferences as necessary;, • Maintains a caseload of 16 clients at all times, • Maintains a productivity level of 12 billable services per week (totaling 564 billable visits per year), • Participates in weekly supervision and treatment planning meetings;, • Maintains timely and accurate documentation of all case activities such that it is in “audit-ready” compliance with all Safe Horizon City, State, and Federal requirements;, • Must be able to attend weekly meetings on Zoom every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm for training and group supervision., • Must be able to work 4 hours onsite every Saturday indefinitely.
