Overview The Production Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring that every creative asset, whether digital, print, or promotional, is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on brand. This role is the operational backbone of the creative pipeline, responsible for managing the detailed logistics that bring marketing concepts to life. From coordinating timelines and workflows to overseeing vendor relationships and quality control, the Production Manager ensures that deliverables move seamlessly from ideation to completion. Working in close partnership with the team’s Project Manager, the Production Manager focuses on the tactical execution of campaign components. While the Project Manager owns the strategic planning and overarching campaign roadmap, the Production Manager is accountable for the day-to-day movement of creative assets through the production lifecycle. Together, they ensure that strategy and execution are tightly aligned, enabling the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns on time and within budget. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative production processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact delivery. How you'll make an impact • Manage the end-to end production process for all creative assets and physical deliverables, • Oversee quality control to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and specifications, • Coordinate with external vendors for printing, production, and fulfillment, • Maintain and optimize production workflows and schedules, • Ensure accurate and timely handoff of assets to vendors and partners, • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bottlenecks quickly, • Support film team with contacting, confirming, and logistical support of film shoots, member testimonials and client partnership video productions as needed. SHARED RESPONSIBILITES WITH TEAM PROJECT MANAGER • Set up and maintain project boards in project management tool and track asset development and production workflows, • Ensure tasks, timelines, and dependencies are accurately reflected and updated, • Monitor and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns, • Coordinate internal resources across creative, content, and strategy teams, • Track and report on production and project status, • Collaborate with team members to ensure visibility and accountability across projects, • Align execution with strategic campaign plans, • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, • Generate reports and dashboards to support status updates and resource planning This role is hyrbid out of our San Diego office About You • Ability to work strategically and tactically across multiple campaigns and channels., • Excels at cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders., • Experience using data and metrics to develop strategy and drive performance improvement., • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, • Experience in Insurance or Employee Benefits is required, • Minimum of 3 years of experience in in a production management or creative operations role within a marketing, advertising, or communications environment, • Proven track record of managing timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships across multiple concurrent projects, • Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, including board setup, workflow automation, and reporting, • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality campaigns, • Strong time management and prioritization skills #LI-KK2 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
