Required: • Experience designing multifamily residential projects, • Strong portfolio demonstrating residential interior design, • Experience developing complete interior design packages, • Strong rendering and presentation skills, • Experience with FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification, • Strong AutoCAD skills, • Knowledge of finishes, materials, and interior detailing, • Ability to collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and project teams, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines, • Revit experience preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
