Position Overview The Supervisor plays a dual role: a fully engaged team member and a reliable leader. You will actively participate in all day-to-day café operations while serving as the point person during GM absences. This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset to anticipate needs and solve problems in real time. Key Responsibilities Team Member Responsibilities • Perform all standard café duties including barista service, food preparation, register operation, cleaning, restocking, and maintaining overall store cleanliness., • Deliver warm, attentive hospitality that reflects the Honeybrains brand., • Ensure the café operates smoothly and efficiently in the GM’s absence., • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper workflow throughout each shift., • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs proactively., • Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care., • Resolve issues calmly and effectively, always prioritizing a positive guest experience., • Lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude., • Support and motivate team members through empathy, clear communication, and constructive feedback., • Help cultivate a collaborative, respectful, and high-energy work environment., • Step in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods.
