    Cleanquo is a new residential and commercial cleaning company serving North New Jersey (Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Union & Passaic counties). We're looking for experienced, reliable residential cleaners to take on jobs as independent contractors. What you'd be doing: Standard and recurring home cleanings, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction cleanup, and short-term rental (Airbnb-style) turnover cleaning — you choose which jobs to accept. This is contract work, not employment: • You set your own schedule and choose which jobs to accept or decline, • Flat rate paid per completed job — you invoice, we pay, • Bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment, • You're free to also clean for other clients or companies — this is non-exclusive work, • You must pass a background check before your first job (client trust requirement), • No minimum hours required What we're looking for: • 1+ years of paid residential cleaning experience, • Reliable transportation to job sites across North Jersey, • Own cleaning supplies and equipment (or willingness to invest in a starter kit), • Comfortable working independently and following a detailed cleaning checklist, • Professional, trustworthy, detail-oriented — you'll be working inside people's homes Pay: Flat rate per job, based on home size and service type (details provided once you're approved). Paid promptly on invoice.

    About the Position We are a newly established CNA training school dedicated to preparing students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to begin successful careers in healthcare. We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable CNA Instructors who want to be part of building our program and making a meaningful impact on our students. Responsibilities Teach CNA students the fundamentals of patient care, safety, infection control, communication, and nursing assistant procedures. Provide engaging classroom instruction and hands-on skills training. Demonstrate proper CNA skills and supervise students during practical training. Prepare students for their CNA certification examination and entry into the healthcare field. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate student attendance, skills checklists, grades, and other required documentation. Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment. Follow all applicable state and school requirements for CNA education and training. Stay current with CNA practices, healthcare standards, and instructional requirements. Work collaboratively with school staff to help develop and improve our growing CNA program. Qualifications Current CNA certification and/or appropriate nursing credentials as required by state regulations. Relevant healthcare experience. Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Passion for educating and mentoring future healthcare professionals.
