Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this full-time VP role will serve as the Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) and support the CMO in leading the Medical Affairs team. The DCMO will bring deep clinical credibility, commercial acumen, and ecosystem influence to drive continual clinical quality improvement (especially in medication management), build new care-delivery programs, accelerate the integration of AI into care services, and provide external thought leadership to customers and other stakeholders. Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls, emails, and texts and resolving patient and family concerns or requests efficiently and effectively, • Act as a liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams such as, Admissions, Billing, Utilization Review, Outreach and Clinical, • Support client-related requests from the Clinical Care team to improve the patient's experience, • Identifying gaps in treatment attendance and reaching out to clients to resolve issues with treatment that may be leading to non-attendance proactively, • Communicate aftercare resources (i.e. outpatient therapy providers) to families and work with families to schedule appointments post-Charlie Health, • Managing client schedule, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, • Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner, • Adapt to organizational change and departmental restructuring to fit the needs of our clients, families, and referral sources, • Meet determined KPIs including: call answer rates, daily talk time, daily call volume, issue resolution rate, time to resolution, aftercare appointment scheduling rate, and customer satisfaction scoresRequirements, • Upholds Charlie Health's Mission, Vision, and Values and takes great pride in providing clients with exceptional service in order to support their mental health journeys, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Minimum 2 years experience working in a customer/patient success or support role, • Experience working with young adults and adolescents (healthcare setting preferred), • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (or equivalent CRM platform) required, • 1-2 years of experience using contact center technology, • Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • Demonstrates a high level of emotional intelligence, • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures, • Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency Additional Information Please note that this role is not available to candidates in Alaska, Maine, Washington DC, New Jersey, California, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Colorado, Washington State, Oregon, or Minnesota. The expected base pay for this role will be between $45,000 and $55,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. About the internship: We're looking for a Finance and Accounting Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. Reporting to the Controller and working closely with the accounting team, you'll play a meaningful role in advancing our mission to deliver teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. This internship is designed to be a hands-on, immersive experience where you'll gain real-world exposure to accounting processes and internal management reporting, build valuable skills in performance management and the use of artificial intelligence, and contribute to impactful projects from day one. It's a great opportunity for someone who is currently in an accounting or finance program and is excited to learn, grow, and make a difference within a mission-driven organization supporting children with special needs. This is a remote 8-week, part-time internship program running from June 15 through August 7, with interns working up to 25 hours per week. Your specific weekly schedule will be determined in partnership with your manager based on team needs and your availability. The preferred schedule of this internship is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. What will you do at Presence: • Collaborate with the Controller to design and implement comprehensive management reporting frameworks for critical business processes, such as cash flow monitoring, key customer reporting, and provider compliance., • Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute recommendations to leadership., • Leverage AI-driven tools to assist in transforming raw data from source systems into actionable management insights. This role offers the opportunity to innovate with AI tools, apply internal communication strategies and gain deep experience in performance management through advanced data analytics.
