Position Summary We’re looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first impression of Flawless Med Spa. In this role, you’ll create a seamless and inviting experience for every patient — from greeting and check-in, to scheduling and payments. You’ll help set the tone for our “all vibes, one tribe” culture while supporting both the clinical team and our patients with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.
