Now Hiring: Branch Manager We're seeking a Branch Manager for our Winter Park Branch location to be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and managing the branch staff. The Branch Manager will play a key role in achieving the branch's financial objectives and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. What You'll Contribute: Leadership, Culture & Community Representation • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale., • Represent the branch in the local community, participating in events and building relationships with community leaders., • Oversee teller and vault cash audits. Sales, Customer Experience & Business Growth • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers., • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-focused environment. Operations, Compliance & Risk Management • Oversee daily branch operations, including managing audits, ensuring procedural integrity and compliance with company policies, and optimizing processes for efficiency., • Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
