We’re looking for a sharp early-career finance mind who’s excited to help a creative, numbers-conscious company see clearly, plan intelligently, and make better decisions over time. Role Overview: We’re seeking a part-time Financial Analyst on a quarterly contract basis. This is ideal for a recent graduate or current student in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field who wants real exposure to an early-stage, multi-brand events company. You’ll review our numbers, surface what matters, and give our leadership team simple, actionable insight, not just data. Responsibilities: • Conduct quarterly financial reviews across events, brands, and departments, • Assist with light budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning, • Track event performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities, • Flag discrepancies, inefficiencies, or unusual patterns and suggest improvements, • Produce clean, easy-to-read quarterly reports for leadership, • Provide occasional ad-hoc analysis or sanity checks during busy event periods Qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, • Comfortable building and working in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel), • Able to turn messy inputs into clear, structured outputs, • Bonus: experience with bookkeeping or accounting tools (QuickBooks, Wave, Xero, etc.), • Nice-to-have: interest in nightlife, hospitality, or experiential events Compensation • Contract-based, • Competitive hourly or per-review rate, depending on experience and scope How to Apply: Please send us your resume and 2–3 sentences on your interest and experience.     Workshop Instructor (Part-Time, Flat-Rate Contract) Location: Brooklyn, NY Dates: January 2026 – June 2026 Training Starts: January 2026 About Us: Founded in 2014, The Dinner Table Doc is a non-profit organization that partners with schools and community organizations to provide college and career readiness workshops for girls of color. Through live events and targeted programming, The Dinner Table Doc has engaged thousands of students nationwide, creating affirming spaces for young women to define success on their own terms. About the Role: We are seeking a Workshop Instructor to lead after-school programming for middle school girls in Brooklyn from January–June 2026. This role includes one weekly workshop session and one weekly prep/planning session. Training and onboarding begin in January 2026. Weekly Schedule • Workshop: Tuesdays, 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (in person), • Prep/Planning Session: Thursdays, 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (virtual or in person based on program needs) Key Responsibilities • Facilitate after-school workshops every Tuesday from January through June 2026, • Lead weekly prep sessions every Thursday to plan lessons and materials, • Build supportive, trusting relationships with students and school staff, • Implement and adapt The Dinner Table Doc’s curriculum, • Support coordination of field trips and special events, • Attend onboarding and training sessions beginning in January 2026, • Submit session attendance and feedback reports Ideal Candidate • Experience working with middle or high school students (teaching, mentoring, youth development, etc.), • Strong facilitation and communication skills, • Commitment to youth empowerment and educational equity, • Reliable availability on Tuesdays and Thursday's, • Comfortable with Google Suite and virtual communication tools Additional Information • This is a contract-based, in-person role, • Candidates must be based in or able to reliably commute to Brooklyn, NY, • To remain in compliance with NYC Department of Education partnership and site-access requirements, candidates should be prepared to complete a standard background check prior to working with students. We’re a small creative team based in Brooklyn, working in a small studio filled with samples, prototypes, and paper art. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, hands-on environment where no two days look the same. The Role This role is split between two things: 1. Social Media Content (primary role) • You’ll be filming yourself with our products: cards, pop-ups, flowers, for TikTok and other social platforms. Think reactions, reveals, behind-the-scenes, etc., • You’ll film in the office and also around NYC, at home, or wherever feels right., • You’ll keep up with trends and find creative ways to make people feel something through our products. 2. Operations Support • Help with orders, unpacking, organizing, printing labels, prepping shipments., • It’s an office, not a warehouse, but we do need things to run smoothly. Who You Are • You’re on camera often and know what performs on TikTok or Reels., • You’re reliable, organized, and communicate well., • You’re based in or near Brooklyn and can come in 3–5x/week., • You’re looking for a flexible role where you can grow. Must-Have • A public TikTok or YouTube or Instagram account, with examples of you creating short-form video content. If you don’t have that, this isn’t the right role. Bonus Points If You Have • Experience editing videos (CapCut, Reels, TikTok tools), • Shopify or e-commerce experience, • An interest in creative brands, design, or stationery Great Fit for Students This is a paid internship-style opportunity ideal for students or recent grads with no prior full-time work experience or degree.
