Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional to manage human resources, payroll, accounting, and inventory operations. This role ensures compliance with HR policies, accurate financial reporting, and efficient supply chain management to support overall business goals. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Payroll • Prepare and update employment records related to hiring and termination, • Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to employees, • Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed, • Prepare weekly payroll Accounting & Finance • Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests, • Flag and clarify unusual or questionable invoice items or prices, • Sort, code, and match invoices; set invoices up for payment, • Enter and upload invoices into system, • Track expenses and process expense reports, • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, • Perform check runs and post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records, • Calculate, post, and verify financial data for accounting records, • Verify and post details of business transactions (funds received/disbursed), • Compute and record charges, refunds, freight, rentals, and similar items, • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Inventory & Supply Chain • Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and customer demand, • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, • Place orders to replenish stock, avoiding shortages or excess surplus, • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships, • Collaborate with warehouse staff and other employees to meet business goals, • Report to management on stock levels and potential issues, • Analyze data to anticipate future needs, • Inspect business supplies to identify shortages, • Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space Compensation & Benefits • Hourly Rate: $25$30 per hour (depending on experience), • Annual Bonus, • 401(k) Employer Contribution, • Medical Insurance Reimbursement: $200 per month Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred), • Experience in HR, payroll, accounting, and inventory management, • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and financial reporting, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • Proficiency in accounting software and inventory systems
