GTI Values: Safey I Quality I Customer Obsession I Speed I Agility Position Overview The ERP Administrator (NetSuite) is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing GTI’s NetSuite environment to support end-to-end industrial manufacturing operations. This role supports modules and workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, engineering, finance, and quality, ensuring accurate data flow and system performance. The ERP Administrator partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and IT to maintain system integrity, improve workflows, and ensure that NetSuite supports GTI’s shop-floor and business objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. NetSuite Administration & System Management • Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite, including roles, permissions, forms, fields, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, and scripts., • Troubleshoot system issues, errors, and data discrepancies., • Manage system upgrades, patches, releases, and regression testing., • Ensure NetSuite is aligned with GTI’s operational processes and scalable for future growth. 2. Manufacturing Systems Support • Support manufacturing modules including BOMs, routings, work orders, material issuance, labor capture, backflushing, WIP, and costing., • Translate fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and production control workflows into accurate system configurations., • Ensure the ERP accurately reflects shop-floor activities and operational data. 3. Supply Chain, Inventory & Procurement • Maintain item records, locations, units of measure, vendor profiles, and purchasing workflows., • Support inventory accuracy through cycle count processes, bin management, and inventory transactions., • Assist Supply Chain in optimizing replenishment logic, lead times, and vendor reporting. 4. Reporting, Analytics & Data Quality • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs for Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain., • Monitor data integrity across BOMs, routings, items, inventory, work orders, and costing., • Provide visibility into production KPIs, inventory levels, labor accuracy, and throughput. 5. Workflow Automation & System Improvements • Create and optimize SuiteFlow workflows to reduce manual work and streamline processes., • Support integration efforts across ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, and HRIS systems., • Identify gaps in shop-floor or office workflows and implement system-based improvements., • Recommend and execute new system enhancements to support scaling operations. 6. User Support, Training & Documentation • Serve as GTI’s internal NetSuite SME for troubleshooting and user support., • Deliver training sessions and onboarding for new users across departments., • Create SOPs, training materials, documentation, and system usage guidelines., • Ensure proper adoption and compliance with ERP standards. Requirements Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • 3–7 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments., • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows: BOM management, routings, work orders, inventory/WIP, costing, scheduling, and material flow., • Proficiency with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, reporting, and dashboarding., • Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and basic scripting or automation tools., • Understanding of fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, or industrial production processes., • Experience with SuiteScript (2.0), SuiteAnalytics, or integration tools., • Background supporting MES or PLM integrations in manufacturing., • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or value stream mapping., • Experience with Advanced Manufacturing in NetSuite., • Increased accuracy of BOMs, routings, costing, and work order data., • Reduction of manual workflows and spreadsheet-based reporting., • Faster resolution of system issues and support tickets., • Improved system utilization across operations, supply chain, and engineering.
