POSITION SUMMARY Summary: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in primarily residential settings. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience, a solid understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will handle everything from reading blueprints and identifying plumbing issues to performing repairs and ensuring compliance with all home and building regulations. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential. Compensation: Estimated $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Annual Earnings at an hourly non-exempt status rate. Reports To: Operations Manager Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday – Friday, weekends and Over Time as needed. Work Location: 9089 SE Jannsen Rd., Clackamas, OR 97015. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Occasional travel may be required. COMPANY BENEFITS We strive to offer a variety of competitive benefits, which include: • Company paid Medical, • Company paid Dental, • Company paid Vision, • Company paid emergent medical transport program (Oregon Only), • Company paid Life Insurance, • 401K with company match, • Paid Time Off, • Bonus programs, for eligible positions RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Diagnose, repair, install, and replace plumbing systems and components (e.g., drains, water heaters, toilets, fixtures, piping, pumps, etc.) in primarily residential settings., • Provide thorough system inspections and explain findings, repair options, and recommendations to clients clearly and professionally, • Ensure all work meets or exceeds code requirements, manufacturer specs, and customer expectations, • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs to plan and execute installations, • Maintain clear communication with customers, supervisors, and team members throughout each project, • Document work performed, obtain necessary signatures, and process payments as required, • Stay current with plumbing codes, municipal permit requirements, and company products/services, • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday service requests, • Maintain a professional appearance, drive safely, and uphold company standards of quality and service, • Continuously build knowledge through training, study, and hands-on learning The qualifications we are seeking for this role include: Education & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Minimum 3 years of professional Plumbing experience required., • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record., • Ability to work independently and with a team., • Knowledge of local Plumbing codes and OSHA safety standards., • Strong communication and leadership abilities., • Dependable, detail-oriented, and well-organized., • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure. WORKING CONDITIONS Onsite Office Environment: • Business operations are 24 hours, 7 days a week. A typical work week is 40 hours; however, overtime and work on weekends are common and expected if scheduled or called in., • A collaborative workspace that may require occasional meetings and team discussions., • Frequent travel to various residential and commercial locations for installation, maintenance, and repair work., • Work may be performed in diverse environments, including attics, basements, and outdoor spaces, often in varying weather conditions., • Physical demands include lifting heavy equipment, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders., • Adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required., • Extreme temperatures (working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, or snow), • Confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, utility closets), • Poor ventilation or dusty environments, • Heavy lifting (equipment, tools, materials), • Repetitive motion (manual handling, overhead reaching), • Vibration from power tools or equipment, • Noise exposure from compressors, power tools, and machinery, • Electrical hazards, • Slips, trips, and falls on wet, uneven, or cluttered surfaces, • Cleaning agents and solvents used in system maintenance or prep, • Sealants and adhesives, • Combustion products (carbon monoxide risk during improper gas appliance handling), • Must be able to walk, stoop, squat, climb, balance, and reach above the head regularly throughout the workday., • Must use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls., • Must be able to talk, hear, and drive a company vehicle., • Must occasionally lift and/or move items weighing 50–100 lbs., • Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus., • Work hours are based on operational needs and crew scheduling., • Travel required; occasional off-site meetings or training sessions may be necessary.
