Job Description Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, PT Shift: Full-Time Location: Seneca Health Care Center, West Seneca NY Annual Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience) JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, develops and directs all rehabilitative staff development programs, continuing education programs and policy and procedure implementation and adherence throughout each facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, local and facility guidelines/regulations to ensure that the highest degree of treatment is maintained at all times.
