About the Role: We’re seeking an Internal Medicine physician to serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) at our Canoga Park, California research site. This position is ideal for a physician seeking a slower pace of work and very flexible, part-time hours (approximately 05–10 hours/week; typically 05–15 hours/week depending on study needs). Comprehensive PI onboarding and ongoing support are provided. You’ll provide medical oversight for clinical trials, ensure participant safety, and help generate high-quality data—without the heavy demands of a traditional clinic schedule. Reporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, the Manager provides leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient patient care delivery across ambulatory procedural services and perioperative preparation workflows. She/he coordinates the physical preparation of laboratories, orders supplies, supervises preparation of or prepares solutions, maintains inventory, and handles equipment and other materials for student laboratory classes.
