Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and follow all applicable policies and procedures, • Review the data gathered from the patient's tests and examinations, then make recommendations based on your findings, • Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient, • Talk to patients and assess their physical condition including any injuries or mobility issues, • Collaborate with others in the medical field and seek their opinions What You'll Do, • Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care using clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, and individualized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter protocols., • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Acupuncturists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible patient outcomes., • Participate in weekly team meetings, mentorship sessions, and monthly clinical in-services—all completed during paid work hours to support your continued growth., • Build lasting relationships with your patients by creating exceptional experiences that inspire trust, referrals, and lifelong advocates for the practice., • Track clinical outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) because we believe great clinicians measure, refine, and continuously improve their results., • Grow through structured career pathways with opportunities to pursue leadership, clinical specialization, education, mentorship, or operational excellence as your career evolves., • Help redefine what outpatient physical therapy should look like by embracing innovation, challenging traditional approaches, and delivering care that consistently exceeds expectations. Qualifications: • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills, • This position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), • This position requires passage of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE), • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice, • We prefer candidates with some previous experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting Requirements Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
