Job Title: Marketing Analyst / Coordinator II Location: 700 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632 Duration: 9-month assignment with potential extension Type: Contract with potential extension Pay Rate: $37/hr. on W2 Additional Notes: • Client is seeking candidates with a balanced background in product management/product marketing support along with strong data analysis and reporting experience., • Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience supporting product performance initiatives, analyzing sales/product data, and preparing business reports for leadership teams., • Previous candidates were rejected for being too heavily focused on only marketing or only analytics/data reporting backgrounds., • Candidates with pure SaaS-only experience, heavy leadership backgrounds, or 10+ years in senior-level Product Manager roles may not be the best fit., • Strong Excel skills are mandatory, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, formatting, and reporting., • This role is heavily Excel-driven; SQL, Python, and advanced Tableau/dashboard development experience are not required., • Candidates should understand marketing concepts and be comfortable interpreting product and sales performance data against business targets., • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and supply chain teams is highly preferred., • Strong communication and presentation skills are required, as this role supports reporting to sales leadership and VP-level stakeholders., • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred; candidates without a degree may still be considered if they possess 5–7 years of strong transferable experience., • Interview process may include a WebEx interview with the Hiring Manager, a panel interview with team members, and a final Director-level discussion for top candidates. Role and Responsibilities • This Product Manager role will support the TV Product Marketing team and will take part in driving the Client’s TVs and accessories business., • In this role you will have the main responsibility to serve as PMO for TV Product Marketing team, in which you will work closely with Integrated Marketing, sales and SCM teams to help meet the company’s monthly and quarterly targets., • Other tasks include: owning administrative tasks/data entries, supporting development of sales + SCM strategies, working with cross-functional teams across the organization (spanning from sales, marketing, PR teams…), and supporting other general operations for the TV PM team. Who You Are • Effective Communicator: you have strong communication skills for both internal and external (customer facing) settings and can efficiently articulate thoughts/ideas, • Relationship-builder: you can influence and motivate people across functions and job levels, • Self-starter: you are able to work independently and have a bias towards action and thrive in a fast-paced business environment, • Meticulous Attention to Detail: you are detailed oriented and have a drive for comprehending complex projects and identifying actionable plans, • Can-do attitude: you have a bias towards action and do not let tasks with large implications fall through the cracks, • Experience: you have experience managing project plans and forums, • Tech savvy: you are interested in/aware of both internal and competitor products and their respective impact to the industry Job Responsibilities • Help PM team with weekly, monthly and annual presentation deck such as Weekly SCM slides, QBR review slides, LLP consolidation, etc., • Work with cross-functional teams, including integrated marketing and PR teams to support coordination of: marketing activities, development of creatives/assets, and policies to promote products and services (via advertisements, press releases, PDPs, and more.), • Research and analyze competitor activities to understand business and market share impact., • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends., • Administrative tasks, such as executing contracts with new vendors/distributors, approval submissions, and scheduling meetings/events., • Manage day to day priority to help keep PMs on track., • Serve as back PM managing ATS (available-to-sell) and Aging inventory process. Skills: • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills., • Ability to develop marketing, pricing, and SCM strategies., • Ability to sensibly navigate through internal and external organizations., • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate knowledge of Excel and Power Point)., • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services., • Knowledge of media production, communication and handling/reviewing of creatives and marketing assets. Education/Experience: • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations or Engineering required., • 3~5 years related experience required.
