Job DescriptionWe’re hiring an experienced, people‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead our high‑volume South Beach Popeyes. Responsibilities • Lead daily operations and supervise shifts, • Analyze P&L results and execute action plans, • Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and cash controls, • Recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Shift Leaders, • Ensure food safety, HAACP compliance, and adherence to brand standards, • Forecast sales, create schedules, and order products/smallwares, • Support Guest Recovery and deliver an exceptional guest experience, • Partner with local store marketing to build brand awareness, • Restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, • Ability to manage people, processes, and financial performance, • Comfortable supervising shifts independently, • High‑visibility South Beach location, • Growth opportunities with a dynamic leadership team, • A culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence
