Key Responsibilities As a Field Provider, you will deliver high-quality, in-home care, focusing on urgent, problem-focused, and high-acuity situations: * Perform in-home clinical assessments and focused exams/health screenings. * Administer therapeutic interventions such as IV fluids, wound care, splinting, injections, and medication administration. * Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs, EKGs, and bedside diagnostics (e.g., POCUS). * Educate and empower patients and their families on health management. * Coordinate care across teams, contribute to care planning, and communicate with referring clinicians. * Practice with a palliative and patient-centered lens. * Ensure the timely completion of medical records.
