Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: OR - Operating Room, • Discipline: RN, • Start Date: 04/20/2026, • Duration: 15 weeks, • 36 hours per week, • Shift: 12 hours, days, • Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview • Shift: Days, 3x12hrs, • Hours: 36 hrs/wk, • Start Date: Apr 20, 2026, • Length: 15 weeks, • Hospital operating room setting serving a broad range of surgical service lines including Bariatrics, Urology, Neurology, ENT, Oral, Plastics, Transplant, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics, • Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, • Weekend requirements are variable and will be discussed during the interview, • On-call requirements are variable and will be discussed during the interview, • Floating required within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed, • 15-week contractRequirements, • Active GA or Compact RN license required, • Current BLS certification required; copies of all certifications required for consideration, • Minimum 4 years of OR experience prior to travel required, • Subspecialty experience required in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics, • First-time travelers will not be considered for this positionAdditional Information, • Local candidates are accepted for this position, • RTO is capped at 7 days for the duration of the assignment; RTO cannot be requested during the first week, • No holiday RTO will be approved if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period; if three major holidays fall within the assignment period, one holiday RTO request may be reviewed for approval, • Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day, • Blackout dates with no RTO approved: 11/23–11/29 and 12/21–1/3, • No alternate shifts or special scheduling requests are permitted; the posted day shift is firm, • Candidates must have been away from all facilities within this health system for a full year before returning as a traveler, • Candidates will undergo a clinical review process to assess fit prior to manager consideration With thousands of travel nursing and allied jobs nationwide, our attentive and approachable recruiters find positions that align perfectly with your career aspirations and personal requirements.
