Job Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other business forms as needed Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and deliveries Help coordinate supply orders and inventory tracking Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner Perform data entry and basic reporting tasks Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional office management or administrative certification is a plus Quickbooks knowledge is a PLUS!
