FlavorCloud is looking for an individual to be responsible for commercial pricing analysis, carrier SLA and KPI monitoring, and cross functional collaboration with other departments to prepare analytical reports that support decision making. This role is an analytical position that will provide key insights across internal and external carrier network metrics, as well as supporting the Revenue operations team with client pricing initiatives. The right person for this role is someone with a deep understanding of parcel shipping, analytical reporting, and pricing analysis, and 3PL logistics. Looking for an individual with curios and analytical mindset, who wants to work in a position that allows for collaboration and a direct impact across the organization. Job Duties • Analyzing carrier (duty and tax) invoices, • Reviewing cost data variance between carrier invoices and FlavorCloud cost data, • Identifying structural issues and root causes that address cost variances, • Manage carrier cost cards, and creating a standardized format and template for cataloguing these, • Ad-hoc analysis regarding carrier shipping rates, landed cost information, • Needs to have strong skills in Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau, Powerquery (nice to have), • Very strong analytical mindset, ability to see "big picture issues" in data setsRequirements:, • Self-starter with strong knowledge of international logistics, carrier pricing, and 3PL operations., • 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau., • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and correlate metrics relevant to carrier pricing and operations., • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses., • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
