Perform in-depth physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the ARNP scope of practice and in collaboration with MD, pharmacists, and other interdisciplinary team members. May diagnose and manage acute episodic and chronic health problems independently. Essential Responsibilities: • Provides comprehensive evaluation and management of acute, episodic, and chronic health problems for patients in skilled nursing facility and residential care stays, ensuring complete and appropriate assessment and plan of care in a timely manner within ARNP scope of practice.
