We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dedicated, onsite IT function based at our Vacoas-Phoenix site here in Mauritius. In this role you will: • Assist in resolving internal customer IT issues., • Deploy, move, migrate and retire computer systems whilst minimising business impact, and maximise their efficiency, • Maintain, modify and support existing applications, • Carry out maintenance of production related equipment, • Seek opportunities to automate processes and reduce repetition of work, • Ensure equipment, software and hardware are in compliance with directives from SGS, • Continuously work to improve technology solutions You will have: • Helpdesk Support experience - or a keen interest in computing/technology, with a desire to develop your career within IT, • Accurate and attention to detail, • Efficient working style, • Ability to remain well-organized, • Positive, pro-active Team player, • Professional and effective communicator
