About the Role We are looking for a Dental Lab Technician to help produce retainers at our office in NYC (Chinatown). We are a small, venture-backed startup, and you’ll help us scale from tens of retainers per day to hundreds. You’ll operate all parts of our production process. It’s mostly fine detail work with your hands and operating small bench-top equipment, with the occasional need to lift up to 40 lbs. Our process is changing week-to-week, and you will have a strong voice in shaping that evolution. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role. Work hours are approximately 10AM-6PM Mon-Fri. Occasional overtime may be required. The pay range for this role is $28-32/hr, depending on skills and experience.
