Job DescriptionJob Description: Certified Automotive Service Technician, includes NO CHARGE MEDICAL INSURANCE AND 40 HOUR GAURANTEE FOR ALL TECHNICIANS Customer satisfaction is a result of your personal work habits and ethics and is of utmost importance as part of your job function. The Service Technician is also responsible for setting goals for personal service improvement, and monitor progress against customer satisfaction index numbers and production numbers as provided by the Service Manager. Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: o Correctly troubleshoot customer concerns using the latest technical tools o Keep up to date with all technical publications o Make every reasonable effort to ensure safe and honorable vehicle service is delivered as promised the first time o Address all original customer concerns before moving onto additional sales o Inspect every vehicle completely for additional repair needs and that the vehicle is being maintained to factory recommendation o Ensure the customers vehicle is returned as clean, or cleaner than when it arrived o Participate in any Factory, or in-house training programs o Complete all paperwork completely and correctly, then ensure all required shop forms are attached to the RO hard copy o Always come to work on time, ready to work, and in a clean uniform Job Requirement:Ideal candidates will have: Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models. This in-office leadership role is critical to ensuring exceptional post-installation service for our residential solar and roofing customers. You will oversee all proactive and reactive service operations, manage warranty claims, and lead a team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. If you have deep hands-on experience in solar and roofing systems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excel at remote troubleshooting and team coordination—this is your opportunity to lead service excellence at a growing renewable energy company. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all O&M service requests for residential solar systems and roof warranty claims (proactive monitoring + inbound tickets)., • Lead remote troubleshooting with homeowners, on-site technicians, and inverter manufacturers (Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, etc.) to resolve issues before dispatching field teams., • Coordinate field service dispatches, ensuring efficient scheduling, technician preparedness, and timely resolution., • Manage open cases and service tickets in our CRM/system, driving accountability and closure within SLA targets., • Lead and mentor the O&M team, setting priorities, conducting daily stand-ups, and ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction., • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex solar + roofing issues, leveraging extensive field experience., • Track KPIs including first-time fix rate, response time, customer satisfaction, and warranty claim outcomes., • Collaborate with installation, sales, and warranty teams to prevent recurring issues and improve system design/quality., • Complete company reports on findings from field appointments for issues like roof leaks and installation damage, • Maintain accurate documentation of service history, resolutions, and parts usage. Job DescriptionSalary: $20-$24 The compounding technician is responsible for overseeing processes in the production of compounded non-sterile drugs while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures as well as USP<795>. • Assists pharmacists with overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy, • Assists pharmacists with compounding on non-sterile drugs, • Comply with New York State and USP<795> regulations, and procedures to help maintain a clean and safe pharmacy such as by cleaning work areas, surfaces and sterilizing equipment., • Support pharmacists in compounding medications (emulsions, liquids, powders, and ointments), completing daily Compounder To-Do list and scheduled Simplify tasks, • Assist pharmacists in product ordering by monitoring bulk chemical inventory and alerting pharmacist of items to be ordered, • Return all chemicals to stock location; wipe everything clean prior to replacing, • Maintain appropriate records of chemicals used, • Wash and sterilize glassware and equipment daily, • Assist in end of day tasks (i.e., packing, garbage, and filing), • Monthly inspection of expired chemicals, includes discarding expired meds, wiping down rolling shelves, restocking in alphabetical order, • Finish and sign logs daily, • All other duties as assigned Education & Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Bachelors degree in science related field (Chemistry) preferred, • Minimum (4) years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred This role requires you to be a self-starter, organized and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
