Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a residential apartment complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the property to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living conditions for all residents. Experience with Steam Boilers is preferred. Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, • Experience with Steam Boilers is highly preferred, • Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, • Conduct routine inspections of apartments and common areas to identify maintenance needs, • Prepare apartments for new residents by completing punch lists and making necessary repairs, • Maintain exterior grounds including landscaping, snow removal, and trash pickup, • Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and report major repair needs to management, • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and property policies Salary: $55,000 to $60,000

Job Description Maintenance Repairer - Painter Job Summary: Under direction, performs skilled painting, finishing, and related maintenance work on Housing Authority buildings, apartments, and facilities. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, repairing damaged walls and surfaces, and ensuring that all assigned properties are maintained in a clean, safe, and appealing condition. Responsibilities: • Prepares interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, patching, and priming., • Applies paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to buildings, fixtures, and equipment using brushes, rollers, or spray guns., • Mixes and matches paints and stains to achieve desired colors and textures., • Performs minor drywall and plaster repairs prior to painting., • Maintains tools, equipment, and painting supplies in good working order., • Sets up and cleans work areas to ensure safety and minimize disruption to residents., • Safely uses ladders, scaffolding, and lifts in compliance with OSHA and Housing Authority safety standards., • Assists maintenance staff with general building repairs and upkeep as assigned., • Maintains accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent., • Collaborate with team members: Coordinate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and property management personnel to ensure efficient completion of tasks and effective communication.
