Job DescriptionPatent Attorney (Cellular/5G) Patent Attorney (Cellular/5G) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Patent Attorney with expertise in Cellular and 5G technologies to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in protecting our intellectual property and providing strategic legal advice on patent matters. Key Responsibilities • Draft and prosecute patent applications related to Cellular and 5G technologies., • Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses., • Provide legal advice on intellectual property matters, including IP strategy and risk assessment., • Assist in litigation and licensing negotiations related to patent rights., • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Cellular and 5G technologies.Qualifications, • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., • Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction., • Experience in patent prosecution, particularly in the field of telecommunications., • Strong understanding of Cellular and 5G technology and their applications., • Excellent analytical and communication skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
