Job Description Our healthcare client located in Manasquan is looking for hire a Credentialing Manager on a direct hire basis. • Salary: $55-$60K, • Schedule: Business hours in office to start M-F (with some felxibility to meet deadlines or make urgent placements); Hybrid could be an option once trained, • Oversee the full-cycle onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals across multiple states, • Develop, document, and continuously improve credentialing workflows, policies, and procedures, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, Joint Commission, and client-specific credentialing requirements, • Verify and maintain licenses, certifications, education, employment history, background checks, immunizations, and health screenings, • Monitor license expirations and compliance deadlines to ensure uninterrupted clinician eligibility, • Maintain audit-ready credentialing files and documentation at all times, • Lead, train, and develop onboarding/credentialing staff, setting performance expectations and productivity goals, • Assign workloads and prioritize onboarding/credentialing activities to meet fast-paced placement timelines, • Partner closely with operations teams to support timely clinician deployments, • Experience in quality management with knowledge of the credentialing process, workflow management, and systems proficiency, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, • Use of computers, credentialing software, email, phone, and virtual meeting platforms, • Collaboration across multiple teams (compliance, operations) via video calls, chat, and email, • Any HR Coordinator experience and someone who is looking to further their career in onboarding/credentialing in healthcare
